The instructions were clear , and I had it put together quickly . Honestly , it was a lot easier than I expected .

I set up my Lori bed last week, the hardware stood out more than I expected. I’m kind of picky about this stuff because I’ve dealt with too many furniture kits that feel cheap right out of the box, but the bolts and brackets actually had some weight to them.

Everything lined up without much fuss, and nothing stripped while I was tightening it, which is usually where I start getting annoyed. So far it feels really solid on the wall, and as someone who tends to be skeptical of assemble-it-yourself furniture, I’m happy with it

At first I actually thought the bed looked good, and it still does in the room. But after using it for a few weeks, it started to feel a little less sturdy than I expected. Some pieces feel decent, while others kind of feel cheap, which is confusing. I also noticed a few small marks in the finish. It’s not a bad bed and it does the job, but for the price I was expecting it to feel more solid. I don’t regret buying it exactly, but I’m also not thrilled with it.

I can see how the bed might be practical, but the look just isn’t for me. In the photos it comes off a little plain and kind of clunky, and I was hoping for something that would feel nicer in my room. Plus, it seemed like there were too many steps involved just to get everything set up, which was frustrating. I’d probably pass on this one.

I really like the bed now that it’s all put together. It looks good and feels solid so far, though I’ve only had it up for a little while so I can’t say much beyond my own experience. The assembly was a bit more involved than I expected. The instructions were decent, but we had to go back over a couple steps and it definitely helped having a second person. It took us a few hours in total. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t call it super easy to assemble.

I was expecting the box to show up a little beat up or have at least one piece scratched, but it came in good shape and everything inside was wrapped really well. Nothing was damaged, which was a relief. The only downside was opening it up — there was a lot of tape, and the foam bits kind of went everywhere. Not a huge deal, just a bit messier than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the packaging and would give it 4 stars.

I’ve been waiting days for a reply and when they finally got back to me, it still didn’t really help. It’s exhausting dealing with the same issue again and feeling like I’m getting nowhere

I wasn’t totally sure my old queen mattress would work with it, but it actually fits really well. Kind of a relief, because I really didn’t want to deal with buying a new mattress too.

I got the Lori Bed because my room is tiny and I was tired of basically walking sideways around my own furniture. At first I was like, okay, this is nice but am I really going to move it up and down all the time? Then after a few days, nope, total attitude change. I love it. It fits way better than I expected, and suddenly my room feels like an actual room again instead of a storage closet. It took a little getting used to, but now it’s easy. if you’re in a small apartment, it’s such a good move

It just feels way too pricey for what you get. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again got really annoying fast. I expected a smoother experience for the money.

I ordered a bed from Lori Beds and, the bed itself seems fine so far. No big complaints there... but the delivery experience was a lot more stressful than I expected.

The delivery date got changed more than once, and I didn’t really get proper updates unless I reached out first. I ended up moving my schedule around for it, then it still arrived later than they said it would!
Customer service did respond, but it kind of felt like they were guessing too, which wasn’t very reassuring. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t count on their delivery timing next time.
